Basically, use what the manufacturer tells you to use. Cars are designed for the most common available gas and those that aren't tell you right on the gas door. Ethanol is not as energy dense as pure gasoline so the more ethanol is in your gas, the less fuel efficient it will be. However, Ford has designed all their non-flex vehicles to run up to E15.
That said, spend your money how you see fit. If you want to put 93 in it, knock yourself out. It doesn't hurt my vehicle.
