Here's all I've done so far with links if I could find them. Couple more items on the list but I'm mostly done (famous last words...)
The biggest job by far was the raptor grille. I took my time over a couple days but it is doable with basic tools and about 8 hours. Trickiest part is the three bumper bolts on each side forward of the wheel well. Not enough space to get a cordless ratchet in there.
My favorite mod is probably the raptor grille or the wireless phone charger. I love a clean, wireless look and was able to also hide my dashcam cable while I was tapping the fuse for the wireless pad.

Tinker with engine tunes once out of warranty
Only one true repair so far: my master window switch died. It wasn't worth it to me for the dealership to take the time to diagnose, order the part, and have me take at least two trips to have it fixed. I ordered a replacement from ebay and installed in about 3 minutes.
