You left ABS disabled then. Makes sense. Why did you disable Eco mode? Didn't want it or couldn't set it?
The SDM drive modes only make the modes available to select. Hiding eco mode doesn't disable it if you chose method 2 only hides it as a selectable option. If you chose method 1 and switched to the FX4 package option then it would give a drive mode error when you selected it.

What is called ABS in easy mode just enables or disables whether the system treats those drive modes as parts of a package or individually selectable.

Man I have read the OP 10 times and I am lost lol
I have spent more then 10 minutes just trying to understand 🤣
I consider myself a relatively intelligent person, but I must agree. I have a non-FX4 AWD Ecoboost and just want to add snow/sand and mud/ruts and have only a vague idea which codes to change to get them. I'm fairly confident using ForScan, but I have to know what to change. From what I gather, I would change ABS and SDM. Will the shortcut code enable all 6 drive modes or will I lose normal and slippery? Also, is there anything else besides ABS that needs to be changed?

The “easy mode” method @JUrban posted was the easiest to follow for me. Just made my module selections match the screen shot he posted and BOOM, sport mode on my FX4!

Shortcut makes all them selectable, not usable. If you have a non FX4 package the mud /ruts and snow options will give you a drive mode error message when you try to use them. Vice versa for a FX4 package and eco and sport mode. You can also hide the options in any combination if you want so they are not selectable.

You have 2 options to enable them to make those modes usable.

Method 1 is to swap the active packages aka non FX4 for FX4 and vice versa, that only makes either set of modes usable.

Method 2 is to disable the packages and make all 4 modes usable.

So I can have all 6 selectable, but only 4 will be usable? If so, that makes sense. Can I choose any 4 or do I automatically lose eco and sport for mud and snow. There would be no need for slippery with snow enabled..

4 selectable aka sport, eco, (mud / ruts), (snow / sand) using that shortcut code
mud / ruts is 1 mode, same as snow / sand. You can also look that up in the manual under drive modes
That makes them visible in the cluster and selectable with the button. It doesn't make them usable.

Only 2 are usable if you switch between packages, that is what method 1 does using forscan
non FX4 = eco, sport
FX4 = (mud / ruts), (snow / sand)
You either get FX4 or non FX4. Your choice depending how you set the code for this.

All 4 are usable if you do method 2
you get both non FX4 and FX4 doing it this way.

AWESOME!!! I figured out how to change the unlocks but was thinking we had to change the firmware to use the other modes.

How did you figure out the 760-04-01 thing??

Trial and error. I originally had figured out how to switch the packages first so I could use one or the other. After doing that I wanted to see if rock crawl mode like what is on the new F150s was a selectable even if not usable option and stumbled upon this in the process. That it happened to correlate to the ABS SDM option in easy mode on forscan is happenchance in my case.

Awesome. I actually figured out the SDM mapping in the other forscan thread (https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/has-anyone-used-forscan-yet.4250/page-2#post-123906) but hit the "drive mode not available" and sent my results to forscan team a while back but the farthest we got was noticing the firmware on FX4 and non-FX4 was a different file. I never would have guessed there was another value that would just disable the lock altogether and allow use of them all. Pretty awesome result!
