Ok, my receiver arrived with a bag of 8 bolts and "Instructions". Step 1: an eyeball, a book, and a bumper magically being removed. WTH does that mean? So much for an easy install.I just ordered one from here. Ford Maverick Hitchhttps://www.fordpartsonsale.com/oem-parts/ford-trailer-hitch-nz6z17d826c

No wiring harness or plugs included. For those considering DIY installation, attached are the instructions included with the Maverick 2022 Receiver, Ford Part #NZ6Z17D826C:Can you post a pic of the parts. What about the trailer light plug? Thanks.
I like that! Might need to get one like that though I'd prefer if it fits my golf cart and 4 wheelerDon't bring me into it.
Found a great used 5x8 that the previous owner outgrew. Only 2 years old but he reran the wiring and put a new jack with wheel on. Plus he modified it with 2x12s, 2x10s and 4x4s for extra sidewall and header support.

Yes, but it appears that you will need a Ford Factory Repair Manual for instructions on how to remove and reinstall the bumper. That may cost an additional $295! I am hoping that someone will install a hitch and let us know how it goes.Thanks. This is the one on Ford accessories site for roughy $300.00?

Doing a ford parts search. I believe you need a new rear vehicle harness that indicates hitch prep. Was just under 300.00 dollars.I’m having mine installed by a truck accessories shop on Tuesday for $240.
I ordered the OEM 4-pin wiring harness with the adapter that connects to the left side of the bumper. The bad news is there’s nowhere to connect it to underneath the truck. The mechanic at the truck shop spent about 225-30 minutes looking under my truck for a connector, but he didn't find any.
I have an XL that I purchased when a customer canceled his order. He didn't order the towing package.
