By the way. Rock Auto has great prices on WIX filters. Shipping was cheap and didn’t really change based on order size so I ordered extra oil, cabin and air filters.

Did a change with filter. Refilled with 5 1/2 quarts. Dip stick shows about 3/16 of an inch over the top marking parked level and hot. Debating removing a little. Or not?

Recirc turning off at random is normal on all Fords. Ford determines when you need fresh air. Not you.

The installed a new battery today even though they said it checked about ok . Then I had to return to dealer after I got home and looked under the hood. Found a tool. And I found the pos term cover off and no battery mount. New one was held down by gravity.

Just got the warning again. Battery measured 12.1 vehicle off. 14 and change with engine/alternator on. For comparison my Bronco which sits for a week at a time is 12.5 while off. Taking it in tomorrow.

Wish I knew what was going on. Battery had no reason to be low unless it’s going bad

Just got an alert today on our 24. That was after after being parked overnight. Driven 3 hrs before parking. Went out and it started with no issues and app cleared right away just after letting it run for 15 seconds. Odd.

I had nothing on back seat. Only thing I did was quickly park off open. Could be too quick for the vehicle to recognize true status.

24 XLT. Happen twice today. Park, key off, remove key, open door. 2 Honks. Can’t recreate it.

Had a 22 2.0 AWD. Loved it and the price. Currently have a 24 XLT. I would never pay today’s price for a Lariat. XLT is even becoming pricey.

Is there even enough ring tension on modern engines for that to be a thing?

They all have service centers. And it’s not just for oil changes and wiper blades.
