That would likely cost extra...Yeah, bend over!

IDK how helpful this will be, but on our Badlands I use a 2' long PT 2x6 between the floor jack and the skid plate to raise the front end. Then I place 2 large axle stands with pinch weld blocks at the front lift points. The Maverick is my very first Ford vehicle and I was disappointed when I found out that it doesn't have a central jack point like Honda/Toyota vehicles. When I want to lift the front, I need to jack the Maverick twice to place the two jack stands.
I've personally bent a pinch weld over sideways with hydraulic jack. Not so strong without a saddle supporting it. Don't have that car anymore so no picture. Just testimony.I would love to see proof of a flattened side sill pinch weld on a Maverick....
I sold my previous car when it was only 12 years ago. I couldn't use the jack points anymore because they had rusted through.I've personally bent a pinch weld over sideways with hydraulic jack. Not so strong without a saddle supporting it. Don't have that car anymore so no picture. Just testimony.
I just did an oil change and tire rotation on my Maverick. To get the front up, I had to jack it 2x, to get the 2 jackstands under the pinch welds. Then I had to lift it 2x again to get the jackstands out.IDK how helpful this will be, but on our Badlands I use a 2' long PT 2x6 between the floor jack and the skid plate to raise the front end. I feel perfectly safe with those axle stands. They are made in the USA and meant for much larger vehicles. Similar to these:

Not all cars use HSS in that location. The challenge is for a MAVERICK, not "any" car...I've personally bent a pinch weld over sideways with hydraulic jack. Not so strong without a saddle supporting it. Don't have that car anymore so no picture. Just testimony.
For tire work @Hot Runr Guy uses that to lift one side of the Maverick "near" the lift points. Then lowers it onto jack stands at the lift points. I don't have enough knowledge or experience to be comfortable doing that.I just did an oil change and tire rotation on my Maverick. To get the front up, I had to jack it 2x, to get the 2 jackstands under the pinch welds. Then I had to lift it 2x again to get the jackstands out.
When I was under the truck, I had wish that Ford would have added something close to the motor mount on the subframe to support central jack point. Picture:

Anyway, I do have a Daytona floor jack and Harbor Freight does sell the cross beam for the foor jack, if I am to go the route you suggested.

But this would make me have to remove the cross beam if I don't need the feature or buy another floor jack..... decision... dicision..
Nice. This is the way. Well, my way anyway . . .

How difficult is it to remove?I just did an oil change and tire rotation on my Maverick. To get the front up, I had to jack it 2x, to get the 2 jackstands under the pinch welds. Then I had to lift it 2x again to get the jackstands out.
