I also miss a clean way to lift the front end for an oil change. So far, the best approach for me is to just lift the whole truck onto jackstands. This is ideal for tire rotation, and quick enough. I have an 18" long 4x4 with a center dado (groove) I cut down one side so it will stay on the pinch weld. I use this and my floor jack, with the saddle about 12" forward of the mid-point between the axles. The specs on my '23 hybrid show 60/40 weight distribution so this is very close to the CG. The 4x4 leaves room at each end for jackstands at the official lifting points. I do miss the simplicity of my '87 foxbody Mustang with a nice cross member up front.
