⏱ Maverick Scheduling Next Week (6/13) For Production Build Week 8/1

Do we know when the final build week will be for 2022 models?

I know 2023 orders open at some point in August. I think the most recent date I saw was August 15, so I would think they'll start building them at some point in October.

I expect my late order for a 2022 will get turned into a 2023 at some point...haven't heard anything from my dealer for about two months now.

Penultimate week of October. Final build day for '22s supposed to be October 21st.

So no Bronco Sport production means potentially doubling Maverick line capacity

Would love to see them run 3 Maverick shifts with enough parts through October end of MY2022 production

Meh if I'm going to get delivery in Q4 would rather get kicked to a '23. Sucks having your brand new truck a year old when you first get it.

No, it will be brand new. Likely no difference between a 22/23 anyways. MY doesn't matter to me as I plan on keeping it forever. However if I did at some point decide to trade or move it the mileage would be lower than average for the year and bring a higher price

Forgive my ignorance on the process but what does that mean? That someone scheduled for 6/13 won't have thiers built until 8/1?

It means that next week, week of 6/13, they will be scheduling trucks to be built 8/1. They schedule well in advance. Then they move the dates repeatedly.

My 6/13 scheduled build just got moved to 8/1…..

Safe to assume my 11-1-21 XLT hybrid will come some time after the 8/1 date since I have not received a build date.

At this point I may wait to see what the 2023 has to offer. AWD Hybrid?

I wouldn’t expect an AWD hybrid for another couple of years. Maybe one or two new colors and a rearrangement of options.

Well that about seals it. August 15th I am going to order a 2023 and when / if my 2022 order comes in the dealer will get a nice little $10K up charge
