    510 days and still no build date. Heck Ford hasn’t even sent their every 45 days “thanks for being a Ford customer but we don’t have your product” email.

    Correct. The Sales Manager wants the cars out as quick as possible because that is how they are compensated. Normally the original salesman will get 1/2 commission if he is not there at the time of sale. The salesman that completes the transaction will get the other 1/2. As others have said...

    I love these Ford "no substance emails". Since the order banks were only open for 3-4 days some of us that ordered in 2021 may need to wait until the end of 2023 to get our truck.

    He ordered the truck being told he should have it before the end of the year. 9 months after that date and still no vehicle. Sorry Ford is clueless and playing the victim is comical. Under promise and over perform.

    Yea when I added the Black Appearance package to my hybrid the dealer suggested removing it because it could “delay the build”. I said really….like two more months on an order that could take two years. He said “good point 😁”. Added the package and when I got confirmation he added copilot 360...

    I doubt your scanner has been updated to read the codes. Why not go to the dealer if it under warranty?
