Use it everyday except in bumper to bumper traffic then it's so easy to switch off.Am i the only one on here that doesn’t like auto hold feature
I find it hard to drive anywhere with my foot on the brake . . .I used it a few times but prefer to drive the old fashioned way with my foot on the brake.
er, it's state is preserved between starts, at least on the '25 LariatI like that it doesn’t automatically come on every time you start up.
This. I'm tall, and being able to take my foot off the pedal lets my thigh rest, reducing strain.Don’t have to hold your foot on the brake pedal at a light? Yeah, sign me up.
The Ecoboost releases smoothly, or, at least mine does.I didn't like the jerk when Auto Hold released, I have a Mazda CX-3 and it releases smoothly.
I can say one thing.. you may not understand until you’re older or get diabetes or have foot numbness and/or leg numbness, at any given time…. that this is a nice little feature. So, for who people who love not having to keep their foot on the brake, what other thing do you do with your foot with all this effort you save?
Never used , unnecessary feature, in my opinion. Should have given the XL added drive modes instead.Am i the only one on here that doesn’t like auto hold feature
Duh! Good idea.I am undecided. I had to turn it off for the car wash
Mine was a 2003 so maybe they fixed it.The Ecoboost releases smoothly, or, at least mine does.
It is a great feature. I use it all the time. Since you can disable it, this isn't really worth debating.Am i the only one on here that doesn’t like auto hold feature
The car wash is the only time I turn it off.I am undecided. I had to turn it off for the car wash
