The one that seems to be getting much worse recently - the lag time when I spin the temperature settings. It's aways been a second slow, but now it takes several seconds for it to display on the screen - if it appears at all. Sometimes I have to "jiggle the handle" flipping it back and forth to...
Another reason to remove the dealer frame! I always take those off and toss them in the trash - they are just ugly. There are plenty of nice options online with a thinner frame and NO dealer logos.
I tried to have an aftermarket backup-sensor kit installed, but couldn't because the offset plate is right where one of the sensors would need to be installed. I wish Ford had found a way to mount it in the middle OR had backup sensors included from the factory. Also, middle just looks better to me.
But it IS engineered to perform better on 91 octane. The engine has knock sensors that compensate when the octane is lower, and it does cause the engine to produce less power.
Agreed 100% Same height as the stock screen, but wide enough to eliminate the useless hole. (and center the screen) would the be the best - but not sure any Ford OEM screens would work...
Having owned 2 of the original Rangers, I kept hoping that Ford would eventually update them, but instead they stopped production entirely. When the newer gen Rangers came out, they were too big to be a compact, and almost as much as a year-old F150, so I went F150! (I had a need for a full-size...
I bought a liner for the storage compartment under the rear seat. It was just a little too small, so it kind of flopped and slid around. I returned it.
The door pocket liners, however fit perfectly - once I received the right ones! The first ones were for a totally different vehicle, the...
I was really counting on this feature, and was disappointed that they removed it before I ordered my truck. Where I live, snow and ice accumulate on the wipers while driving, so I was hoping the heated park area would help with that. I have even considered asking Ford if they can replace mine...
I have the Pulse system in my truck. It was installed at the dealer for around $190. If you get rear-ended and your truck is totaled, Pulse pays an extra $3000 to whatever your insurance pays out.

Not necessarily - I had similar damage, but on the driver's side. I had to have the ECU replaced, but there was no indication on the dash that there was a problem. It was not a hard hit at all, more of a scrape...
I've had the wired keypad on 2 F-150's and an Explorer. They ALWAYS worked.
I got the stick on battery version for my 2024 Maverick, and the dealer had a bugger of a time setting it up. (I should have paid attention to THAT red flag). Since then, I've only needed it once, and guess what? It...
