I owned a victory red 2000 Xtreme from2000 S10 Xtreme, a 24 year old version of the Maverick Lobo. Factory lowered 2 inches and body color ground effects. Sport suspension package.

2006 Ford Ranger and 2008 Ford Focus. Two birds, one stone. What did you drive before the maverick? I replaced a 2016 f250 supercab long bed gas. Just wondering how diversified the maverick community is. Because the maverick can play alot of roles in the automotive world. I see people get out of Priuses , trucks, suvs, minivans. I bought mine because I needed a daily that could haul a boat ,camper small stuff. Superduty was nice when towing the stuff I have didn't even know it was there. But I first a Formost I needed a daily driver for a 60 mile round trip. My Maverick has filled that slot perfectly. What's your story?

Awesome. I always liked The fusions. Wanted a 2.7 ecoboost but bought an SHO instead.(wife did). maverick can easily fill those Fusion shoes. Couple mods. It already has the hp. A few bolt ons and some sticky tars and still tow a trailer.![]()
2012 Fusion SEL V6, 93K, loaded w/navigation, moon and tune package (moonroof and Sony sound system), leather heated seats, blind spot monitors, rain sensing wipers, backup camera (it was only an option in 2012), backup sensors and cross traffic alert. I added strut tower brace, rear sway bar, cross drilled rotors with carbon ceramic pads, cold air kit, and throttle controller. It was a fast, fun, quirky ride. This truck had some big shoes to fill.

Any regrets? Nope - I love the amenities of the Lariat, ride quality, looks, power and utility. The only things I miss are the rain sensing wipers (which could be majorly quirky) and the Sony - one of the best rear view mirror rattling factory sound systems I’ve ever heard.
