  1. Maxzina-🔥 Maverick Forum MTC Event: Amazon Prime Day MEGA SALE! 🔥

Does anyone have experience with the fender flares? Do they have any gaps as I believe have been reported with the Mabettt flares? Is the reflector intrusive, or does it blend naturally?
  2. Non-Black Floor Mats?

I used to get these for my Miata. They're pretty robust, and different colors available. https://www.cocomats.com/ordercoco/
  3. Giveaway: If you could add one feature to the Maverick, what would it be?

Auto folding side mirrors. Yeah, I'm spoiled.
  4. Enable Speed Limit Sign Recognition on 2025 Maverick XL/XLT using Forscan (DIY How-to Video)

2024 owner here. Depends on your circumstances, and definition of obsolete. If you're using Google Maps, the speed limit only shows if you have a destination programmed in my experience). If you're using WAZE, you're golden. I haven't got a clue how Apple maps works. None of the above shows up...
  5. Spare key fob hiding place

Wireless keypad seems like the most elegant solution, though not the most cost efficient. An additional advantage being that it cannot be "found" in the same sense as a hidden spare. Definitely worth it to me, personally. Plus, this lets me store my house key in the console, giving me a "hidden"...
  6. Mabett Giveaway: What Did You Name Your Maverick?

Truxedo (also the name of my prior Tacoma because I think it's a cool vanity plate). Also, I love my new Mabett Hood Deflector Light Kit!
  7. Wolfbox #DaretoEverywhere Challenge! Share Your Adventure and Win A Blind Box!

You think I'm kidding, but I'm not kidding. Getting in and out of my backyard, was "an adventure" for me!
  8. Rear View Mirror Video Recommendations? Not Looking for Another Dashcam

I would really like to have a rear view mirror with video feed, but everything I see seems to be very dashcam oriented with multiple cameras. I already have a 3-camera Viofo dashcam that I love and would prefer not to replace or supplement it. Can anyone recommend a simple single camera solution...
  9. 🚗✨ Mabett Sneak Peek | New Releases Coming

Looking forward to the new side marker lights. I tried to paint the silver on the previous ones and it ended in tears. First, I cleaned them with alcohol which smeared the silver trim, then the touch up paint I used was kind of thin and made a bit of a mess; mostly I just suck at the task I...
  10. DIY Magnetic Toolbox

I'll be making this addition to my truck soon. I've been on the look out for something a little cheaper, and ran across this today: Plano All-Weather 36" Gun Case on Amazon. Exterior dimensions are 39.5"L x 6.5"W x 17.5"H. Currently on sale for $89.14.

  12. Mabett Fender Flares Giveaway: Let Maverick Take You on an Adventure!

At last, a product I don't have but would love to get! Here's my travel contribution. I traveled from Macon GA to Sevierville TN to get a tattoo. Going back to Macon tomorrow! For those curious, the tattoo is my 1st ID unit patch from the army and my son's artillery unit patch. I would have...
  13. Georgia Ford Keyless Keypad for cars WITH remote start - OE NEW!

Programming requires dealer software/hardware, so you will need to take it to them. Assuming there hasn't been a recent price increase, the charge is $56. You can add a personal unlock code yourself afterwards.
  14. Ford Denying Warranty Due to Road Debris Claim - $2700 repair

I handled auto insurance claims for many years. You are correct in that a flying stone is not treated as a collision, but running over road debris is generally handled under the collision coverage and thus the collision deductible. It's typically a point of contention, but that's how it's...
  15. Ford Denying Warranty Due to Road Debris Claim - $2700 repair

Yep, contact your insurance company. You're still going to be out of pocket for your deductible, and most likely it will be your collision coverage.
  16. 2025 add on Keypad programming question

The dealer price for programing it initially is $56 these days. And you can't do it yourself. There are greater injustices in the world, but it's still a little irritating that you can't just program the initial paring to the truck yourself.
  17. Got my new A.R.E. Cap today

I'm not a cap person, but this one is certainly clean and professional looking. Well done!
  18. Investment of $20 for an adapter, and time well worth it - Thank you contributors!

I do wear my seatbelt, and it's been second nature for me since the 80's when we were required to wear them on the military base. I'm sure there are those who don't, and disable the warnings for that reason. In my case, the seat belt warning is a pop-up in the instrument cluster that has to be...

Certainly. Link posted below. $19.79 plus a $2 coupon available. On my Windows 11 laptop I didn't even have to install drivers; the drivers appear to be part of the Forscan software installation. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083FML519?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
