What did you drive before the maverick? I replaced a 2016 f250 supercab long bed gas. Just wondering how diversified the maverick community is. Because the maverick can play alot of roles in the automotive world. I see people get out of Priuses , trucks, suvs, minivans. I bought mine because I needed a daily that could haul a boat ,camper small stuff. Superduty was nice when towing the stuff I have didn't even know it was there. But I first a Formost I needed a daily driver for a 60 mile round trip. My Maverick has filled that slot perfectly. What's your story?

I was getting an oil change on my 2017 Kia Niro and began reading a magazine featuring Ford Maverick, I was hooked. Thankfully a lady didn't buy her ordered one

My '23 Maverick XL Hybrid does everything my previous two vehicles did, with only one; and I lost the higher annual taxes, license, insurance & maintenance of owning two.

Before the Maverick, I previously had a 2016 Subaru Impreza and a 1997 Ford F-150 standard cab truck. The 150 cost of ownership per year was very low, compared to the '16 Subie, which was turning into a money pit.

I'm not a brand snob, nor a "this" or "that" brand vehicle kind of guy. I've always thought blind loyalty to any brand is silly. I've always just bought vehicles based on research, what I liked, wanted/needed at the time.

The Maverick has been trouble-free except for incessant dash rattles. If not for that, it would be my #1 all-time favorite.

Replaced a 2003 Ford Ranger, 2.3L 5 Speed 2WD with 176k miles. The Mav is so much better in every way. Still trying to get used to a bigger truck.

It was a lot of fun! I loved the way it drove. It also broke down better than anything else I have ever owned! Cheap to buy but spendy to drive.

2024 Maverick XL Hybrid replaces a 2014 Transit Connect LWB with 100K miles and 10 years of kid-raising and gear-toting... possibly would have gotten another, but Ford pulled from the US market (and added a plug-in hybrid model to the Euro market )

Love the Maverick, adding a cap for more dry cargo space and still adjusting to the reduced area. Love the in-town 50-60 mpg trips, the CVT as well as the electric-assisted "passing gear"

Lost my 22 BMW x3M in Helene flooding. Replaced it with a 24 xlt tremor. Best part, no car payment. I’ll get a separate fun car down the road.
