Yes, it's possible to pull and reseal in general. I would not trust the dealer to do it though. They'll probably have it done by Safelite.
Being in Canada I don't think Safelite is used over here but they did say that they use a glass specialist for windshield install. So technically it's not the dealer that does windshield jobs.
I already don't like the fact they removed the dash and A-pillar trims to find the problem. The risk of creating more damage or simply mis-allign these finicky parts is high.

Might not be Safelite in Canada but there is a sister company. That's not to say that your dealer won't use someone else (or that they can't do this at their in-house body shop).

It is a subsidiary of Belron, which is in turn owned by the Belgian D'Ieteren group. Belron operates similar companies in other countries, including Carglass in most of Europe, Autoglass in Britain and Ireland, Lebeau and Speedy Glass (Belron Canada Inc.) in Canada, O'Brien in Australia, and Smith & Smith in New Zealand.

Looks like they have even more brands than that in Canada.

Hey all, just want to add on here to the team. Literally just got my Maverick last week. The week I bought it it was over 60 degrees outside and didn't hear it. Started getting colder and now I hear it pretty frequently. Seems less when I'm at speed, but that could be from the cabin heating up by the time I get on the highway. It's so annoying - first Ford and not a good look. I'll be driving the miata more often.

Good morning! Feel free to send over a private message with your VIN and dealership info. I can look into things on my end.

For anyone that privately messaged ford motor co, was there a resolution provided?
The only solution I’ve seen posted is the new windshield and checking that the trim is correctly oriented. I pulled glove box out yesterday and nothing seemed to recreate noise. A pillar also seemed fine. Thinking it’s the windshield seating.

I also noticed a dash rattle at speeds over 35mph or so on somewhat rougher roads. I think I found it, (panel under steering wheel right in front of knees). Gave it a firm push and I haven't heard it since. Maybe it wasn't fully clipped in.

Took mine in today they said A pillar, removed and reinstalled. The sound is worse. Has to be the windshield I’m convinced.

It's not the A pillar. That's what my dealer told me as well initially.

I have another appt tomorrow AM, suggesting (and hoping) it's just the windshield based on this thread. If they're able to verify they will replace it. Will keep updating...

I got the “unable to duplicate”, I laughed because it’s constant but was unable to drive the tech with work schedule so taking back next Friday to drive with tech.

My rattle is getting worse. It only rattles over bumps like a speed bump for instance. Once the rear wheels go over the speed bump it rattles the whole dash . The rattle stops if I push the dash forward when I'm going over the bump.

I took a video of when the car is stationary I press on the dash it makes the sound.

Could this be the windshield issue everyone is talking about?
