I had the recalls done 2 months ago and haven’t had any issues. I drive 80 mph everyday too. does anyone know if there is a timeframe of when the issues pop up? Or am I in the clear?

How did the wiring work out since the xl is normally manual? Is the connector already in place or did you have to run your own wiring?

With the tri fold you should still be able to carry bikes, it would just have to be folded up. Depending on the trifold, you could be able to mount a fork rack like I have on top of the panels. You would just have to drill through it and add silicone to keep it water tight

No leaking from the holes. That part is just a cover anyway, it’s not water tight to begin with. In fact that area is where the 2 drain tubes are attached, so it is supposed to collect the water that gets rolled up with the tonneau cover. If that makes sense lol. if yours has t track rails, I...

It’s bolted to the tonneau cover housing. The housing is basically a metal cover that hides the tonneau cover when it is retracted

I’ve put probably 300 miles on it with the bike with no issues. I have been opening the tonneau cover like I have it in the last picture. I haven’t tried using it with the bike on top of the tonneau like the first 2 pics.

These are much better quality than Lasfit. I have diodes on my other car and they are great

lol I do both of those. I know it isn’t safe to drive with the door open, but I only do it if I’m pulling out of my garage to move the truck to the driveway. And I do it with my whole body inside the truck, not halfway out like some people

Can confirm 5/16”x18 fits. I just wired a horn to it. I have a feeling it is actually the metric equivalent though, as I believe the Maverick does not use SAE
