Somebody want to post a picture of a pinch weld adapter? Or... guess I can Google it... like everything else.

Thank you for the offer. We should have ours in pretty soon.
Keep in mind the OP is a Hybrid owner, the Hybrid and EB have some front end differences, not sure if that would play a roll in the design process.

Actually this is good to know.

The upper one, or versions like that with stiff tall sides that are too tall - won't actually press on the pinch weld - but the plastic on one side and the single layer of metal on the other.
That will likely be a problem.
This actual one is rather short until that nylon insert presses on the weld, so it would be fine. Metal is there merely for placing it.

The lower one is all rubber, and could also be too tall and actually be trying to carry the weight on the higher outer part - I have 1 of the round ones almost about to do that as the rubber has sliced deeper, and it's pressing against the trim plastic last time I used it.

I fit the jack pinch weld adapter so it's behind the plastic trim.

I have one of the aluminum ones like the red one at top. The little dots in the valley of the puck are magnets to hold it to the frame, and they come in handy… So handy I’ve forgotten to remove the puck after a service and driven around with it stuck to my truck for a few days.

Did the same when I rotated tires last month, forgot one at the rear as I lowered the floor jack.
It was snug behind the plastic trim so didn't fall off on a short drive.

Nope. The FX4 has an extra piece welded onto the "frame" to bolt the hooks to, but that's it. The regular EcoBoost and Hybrid models are exactly the same underneath.

My 23 XLT Hybrid has a C-channel bolted on the cross member that my 23 XLT ECO didn't have.

Just look up Amazon. It is a round disk with a slot for the pinch weld area and two tiny magnets which help to hold it in place. Not expensive - works pretty well with a floor jack. Have to wiggle it into place because due to plastic cladding and one side's trim not being exactly in the right place, it needs a little extra attention.

On my 2019 F150, using the differential pumpkin to raise both rear wheels was not recommended. The manual specifically said NOT to lift the truck that way. If Ford didn't recommend it on a full frame vehicle, I doubt they would have provided any central jacking point on a unibody.

I wonder what that C-channel thingy is on your hybrid.

Looks like something the dealer forgot to remove after they unloaded your truck from the car transporter, except my 2022 XL Hybrid has the same thing. :)

My Escape PHEV has a larger piece bolted in about the same place.

24 XLT - no c-channel.

That would have stood out when I looked at using that suspension bolt as a jacking point.
Which is where I've jacked the Rav4 and prior Ford's.

While putting my winter wheels on the passenger rear. I noticed a flat metal part of the subframe that seems pretty strong. It is near the rocker panel jacking point. I did not look at the drivers side. I really don't like jacking up on the rocker panels. Always worry about bending the lip especially if the vehicle or jack moves. Eventually when rust forms inside the rocker it will just crush while lifting. I always use a floor jack with wheels. Mavericks have so much underbody panels its hard to see where you can put the jack. Don't want to crush them. Most other vehicles you can jack under the rear end or the rear spring seat. Maverick coil area is not flat. Sloped so it will slip of the jack. There has to be a strong area by the front subframe but it is covered up. Don't like factory jacks because they don't have a wide stable base to support the weight of the vehicle and are slow to raise up plus a pain to get out and put back when finished using. I took 2 pieces of 2x6 and cut slots lengthwise to place under the pinch welds while using my floor jack. Made them long enough to have more support for the rockers. Had to widen the slots by the drain holes to avoid crushing them.
