I cannot speak for others, but having owned hybrids before the Maverick hybrid, it shouldn't be an issue unless parked for long periods of time. I used to leave my Camry hybrid for a week or more during holidays, never had an issue. Of course it had a good Panasonic AGM battery, unlike the...
With all the electrical crap in these modern vehicles, if something goes haywire you could be paying out big bucks real fast, far more than any warranty costs. It's a Ford, get the extended warranty, chances are you'll need it. 🤣
I've had more false positives, warnings when nothing was even close, than actual potential collision warnings. My eyeballs work far better than it, needless to say.
Welcome to the Maverick, blue stuff is standard, even on black appearance package trucks. Just look at video reviews online, what you are describing is normal for an XL.

You can unplug it on the modem altogether, about this time last year another user went over this. If I recall correctly he outright removed the modem. How long do you think the back up power supply lasts?
Unplug the fuse for the LTE modem in the truck, after that there is nothing to transmit the data. If you go to a Ford dealer for services, they will likely plug it back in every time you go, so you'd need check it after each visit.
Since it's retaliated to GPS, from the looks of it, yeah the...
22 Hybrid, just over 20,100 km (approximately 12,500 miles), picked up in late July 2022. 28-30 minute drive to work, so about an hour minimum work days. Very little freeway driving other than camping trips. Usually driven 4-6 days a week.
