Have you seen this uneven gap with the headlight assy

The passenger side headlight needs to sit 2 mm further inside. The driver side is sitting correctly.
Taking to the dealer does not seem to be an option. I think I will have to take off the bumper and
even then don't know if its adjustable. Is it worth the trouble?

I don't think its worth trying to correct. Your probably the only one that will notice that! It will end up worse if you try to take bumper off or take it in to have it "fixed". Just drive and enjoy !

Is that condensation towards the bottom of the inner housing? I wonder if that gap is what's causing it. It would make sense since it's uneven, more water can get in. Also, I couldn't help but notice you switched out your front turn signal bulbs with LEDs like I did. I bought a set of Lasfits from Amazon and I cannot get over how much light they put out. They bounce off of road signs, traffic lights and behind other cars so vividly!

It’s minor enough to overlook. 99% of people wouldn’t notice it so as long the truck drives and functions well, I’d say you live with the minor fitting gap of the headlights.

It has only 1600 miles as I have another older car. My 2024 Maverick hybrid will shake at 80 mph + miles so I made Ford buy it back! This has no issues so all good.

On my 2023 Pagani, the right headlight is "slightly" brighter than the left headlight. Not sure if it's a factory thing....so I just drive it in the day.
