what I mean is its fine for xl or xlt, my previous maverick was xl, but for lariat it should look premium with gloss black and chrome. Instead, same cheapo material not even worth fifty dollars if I have to pay for it.
Who else hates the black trim plastic grill. I even took the entire front out to paint the grill (that is how the grill comes out) still does not look awesome. And the recess collects dirt and dust which looks grayish white in color. The plastic is v cheap quality. Does anybody know of a decent...
I got mail from Ford for extended warranty. I looked at the price at Grander Ford too.
What is the diff. if I get it within the first year or before the end of 3rd year.
Right now, my truck has about 3100 miles at 9 months.
Took the pics but never posted. Here are the pictures showing what causes the back light to pop up. You need to adjust the frame bar or whatever its is called. It happened when I was putting a contraption in my truck bed.
ahh that reminds me of something. My truck just has 1700 miles and at about 1k miles, the awd failed throwing errors. Took it to the dealer and they said it as a defect from the factory where the harness was not routed correctly and it rubbed and broke off.
Cosmetic flaws bug me and I may look...
Installing aftermarket bulbs takes 30 seconds each side. It is right there once you open the hood.
To get to the headlights, the bumper (grill is attached to the bumper) need to be taken off.
Maybe, I will do it in Oct when it gets cooler. Not a big deal. If I do, will post pics.
As for the...
It has only 1600 miles as I have another older car. My 2024 Maverick hybrid will shake at 80 mph + miles so I made Ford buy it back! This has no issues so all good.
The passenger side headlight needs to sit 2 mm further inside. The driver side is sitting correctly.
Taking to the dealer does not seem to be an option. I think I will have to take off the bumper and
even then don't know if its adjustable. Is it worth the trouble?
I used to drive to work, which was 35 miles one way with a free stretch of road. Don't work there anymore. But there is a stark difference in handling on my new Hybrid Lariat with 19-inch wheels compared to hybrid xl I had.
I had the same issue. Force road balancing was done twice. Two wheels were replaced. The truck will feel better at slow speed, but the issue persisted at 80 mph. Exactly between 82-85 mph, the truck
will shake. i could do it all day long. Got tired of the issue and got rid of it at 5500 miles...
