My dealer sent me a text saying my 2023 Hybrid XLT ordered on 9/16/22 is being previewed. Is that a guarantee or are they previewed regularly?

Nothing is guaranteed. We have seen previewed get scheduled and get skipped. We have also seen Ford schedule vehicles that weren't being previewed. If anything, it shows your dealership has allocations...

Obviously, I do the same thing. I was going for more of a "Police!" kind of exclamation. Really, I was just poking fun using the same fun vibe that was originally used. Your rebuke made me laugh though.

Just called my salesman to ask why I have never received an email after my order confirmation on 9/20/22. He’s going to check into it after I told him everyone with orders around the same time were getting estimated production emails from Ford.

EBs should mostly wrap up scheduling this week, assuming Ford is actually focusing on retail orders. That's not to say all of them get scheduled. Allocations still play a role and the odd constraint could limit scheduling.

But mathematically, EBs should be wrapping up. Just keep in mind: if it hasn't scheduled yet there is a reason it hasn't scheduled yet. That reason may continue to prevent you from being scheduled even if Ford has run out of retail EB orders.

Really hope my Tremor is scheduled for June or July production! Fingers crossed!

My Ford salesman just called to let me know that they are showing my order as previewing for production in the 23rd week of '23. That means June 5-11... He also warned me that this is NOT a guarantee that my Maverick will actually be scheduled for that week, because Ford sometimes changes things around...

So nothing "official" from Ford, but for the first time in months, I'm actually kind of excited to check my email tomorrow...

Just bought this hold me over rig till Ford can figure it out. Got a tow hitch too. It will pull my 14ft pond jumper no problem. And I laid the seats down and can lay flat diagonally. The trips across from westside to eastside Washington just got cheaper.
