Trailer hitch constraint pisses me off. When I ordered (9/17/22) Hitches weren’t a problem.. I deleted a couple of options because they were a problem at that time

Same here 11/3/2021 ordered. Last email Nov 2022 , dropped spray in liner and mud flaps, didn't help. Now my status is" balanced out" whatever that is. Hopeless at this point I think!!!!

I ordered the 4K tow package. It is my understanding that this is not part of the trailer hitch constraint. Am I correct, or is this holding up my XL EB AWD?

I don’t think so. I could be wrong, but I think the standard hitch is a 4-pin connector while the 4K package has a larger connector (6 or 8 pins) for larger trailers with electric brakes.

While the cost of the 4K Tow package isn't grand, what comes with it is quite impressive. The package includes 225/65R17 tires for XL and XLT trims (Lariat already comes equipped with 225/60R18 tires), a 2-inch trailer hitch receiver, seven-pin trailer wiring plug, an integrated trailer brake controller, transmission oil cooler, an upgraded radiator, upgraded cooling fan, and numerically lower axle gears (3.63:1 is standard, while the 4K Towing package drops to 3.81:1).

These posts make me leery of submitting a change order. I fear making changes could drop me back to square one.

I got an email from Ford about a month ago. It said my Lariat was scheduled to be built the week of June 26. It also included a vin no.

That email and a dollar will get you a donut at 7-11.

Didn't get an email, but this showed up in the tracker today. Previous tracker said week of 6/19. Moved ahead 4 days on the calendar, but at least I haven't been deleted!!
Ordered at Luxury Lariat with both 360 packages. Have NOT deleted anything.
