Part of me wants to call Ford to check my priority code and see if I'm at level 2, but the other part of me does not want to deal with that reality and I rather just put off my disappointment until the emails start going out.
Ford Mav Customer Service team can't tell you what priority you are; they can only confirm your order. Or tell you what constraints are. I've chatted with my dealer and dealers can tell us that. I was told 2 weeks ago my the customer service team that I was "in line for last week to be 1 of the first to be scheduled....."

I don't trust jack my dealer tells me considering they've lied for about a month telling me I was at priority 10 when I was still at 19. Ford marketing was how I was able to confirm.

It's not that the phone team is hit or miss, it's that they purposely lie about those things. I've been told i've been at a priority 2 since October, but then told they don't have access to that kind of information...I think they are just trying their best to alleviate all of our concerns/complaints.

I will not be scheduled today 😢 I just got off the phone with Kim, Ford Marketing Maverick Team (10:45 EST)… All constraint for my XLT Hybrid Luxury Package are cleared… waiting on dealer allocation

I emailed my dealer rep to ask if they could add the full sized spare. The rep replied that she couldn't because my order showed as "locked" but didn't know why. Now all I can think about is "they're gonna schedule it today!!!"

Why do I feel like a newly set bowling pin getting ready to get knocked down again. 😭

Ford Marketing can’t tell you the priority code. I tried.
I was referred back to dealer for that.

Could everyone that gets an email please post including your original order date, hybrid vs eco and any other major packages? This information will help us figure out who is likely to get picked next!
There is no rhyme or reason to how Ford schedules the builds. I thought that was a universally accepted fact at this point. lol

Considering... The Hermosillo plant can only push out about 5,700 trucks a week, and they have way over 100,000 Mavericks yet to schedule (let alone build) and that 5,700 includes Bronco Sports being built... the chances of getting the happy email today are about 1 in 30. Naturally the odds improve with each week passing by.
This is me asking the dealer if my truck will be scheduled this week.
