I've given up on the deep sleep problem. I refuse to do or buy additional things to make it run like it's supposed to from the factory.
The good news is the 2025 Toyota Stout is coming... My truck will be paid off and ready for trade-in by then. Congrats Ford. You managed to make me a...
I've been off this site for months and decided to check in to see if there were success stories for this problem. Sadly it appears to persist with no ending in sight. 2025 Toyota Whatever can't get here soon enough. I won't even haggle about the trade in value of my maverick.
Took the truck camping over the weekend. 165 miles round trip, and it did nothing to get rid of the deep sleep, no interior lights. That's a first for me. Usually these long trips will at least get the truck working normally for a few days before the annoyances return.
So this was some time ago but I iniated a return and was told to just keep them and my refund would still be processed. They were true to their word. Anyways, I decided to give it another try and left the windows up for a couple of days, lo and behold that did the trick. I'm not proud of it but...
Well that doesn't give me much hope if you've done all the tsb and csp with no resolution. Toyota can't jump into the compact truck segment fast enough. I'm hoping they do by the time I pay off this truck in 2025
Well is back to the drawing board for me. Each measure I've taken was to eliminate the cause. I now know it's not the ford pass, aawireless dongle, battery, or the powered sub. The search continues.
Yep. It's reverted back to no interior lights about a month ago. I've given up on doing anything else on my end. I figure the next step is to have the dealer figure it out with the CSP that was released a few months ago in addition to getting the air bag and whatever else recalls I can't think...
I'd like to think there was only a limited supply of crazy yahoos willing to pay exorbitant markups in order to skip the line, and that supply has run out.
I don't know what the main catalyst was but the dealer I bought from was sold 6 months after my purchase to another auto group. They tried to add a 5k markup to my Dora price as well. Being naive at the time I put in my order I thought I was all set but after reading the many horror stories, I...
I don't have experience with this particular brand, but I would hit the reset button on the dongle and start over.
FYI: the dongle doesn't connect to your infotainment via BT/Wifi at all so no need to worry about that. All the wireless connections happen between your phone and the dongle, and...
Because the mavericks usb outlet remains powered on upon turning off the engine, it will take a few minutes before the usb outlet's power times out, or you walk far away enough to weaken the signal causing your phone to switch to your home wifi's stronger signal, regardless of dongle brand...
I must admit, the maverick AC works like a champ. Took the family to a waterpark resort for the weekend from Sacramento to Manteca, CA. 109° and we were quite comfortable the whole way. Even cooled down the lariat interior quite fast after being parked in the sun the whole day. Full disclosure...
