Update: Got a call back from dealer, they said it's coolant pump leaking and need to order the parts to replace it. The reason is: Last month I went to them for fixing several recalls and a 'check engine light on', they replaced some part in cooling system and forgot bleeding the coolant system...
Since most of time we drive locally, and engine doesn't kick in frequently so overheating warning didn't pop out. Until yesterday we drove on freeway, engine works on high speed so that it was over heat
That sounds scary.... Wish the dealership will check thoroughly including the engine.
Last month just visited dealer for the check engine light (battery heater? ) and several recalls, can't imaging visit them again now.

a little confused here: the sales rep saw the truck is in transit from their system or anywhere else? 'For them it shows it's still in Hermosillo' - who are they? what does Ford web tracker show for the status , still 'built' and waiting for shipment?

I have never been this level of disappointment before: I can understand there are some constraints so 'late order could be built before earlier order' totally makes sense. But why the early built cars are not shipped while late built cars are shipped out already. And even Ford knows nothing...
