After 3years of dealing with the issue re deep sleep, no auto stop, removal of ford pass and 3 trips to dealer I have solved my battery related problems (which dealer denied I had). No start 1 week ago, replaced battery with AGM and I have my truck back!! Every thing works as it should. And should have been fixed 3 years ago if dealer had put an AGM replacement that they told me wouldn’t help!! . I don’t trust dealers even more now. Even good mechanics have to follow the company word so it’s not their fault entirely but damn! Would it have hurt to take care of my problem 3 yrs ago?

still love my truck. Even more now!

Sadly it sucks unfortunately it's Fords and most companies way to go the cheapest route possible when replacing things even if they replace it 5x or more. Which winds up costing them more in the long run. 😁😆😂😂

Did you try charging the battery to full and resetting BMS per manual prior to dropping in a new battery?
Thought I read somewhere that if you just switch the battery. The best system will eventually know its an agm and act accordingly.

Per the manual, after hooking up new battery, turn everything off, lock it up, wait 8 hrs. It worked fine next AM.

There is a step before the BMS relearn process.
Might want to top it off then do that.

Didn't read it in the manual.

Because it's pretty doubtful we have the best system.

1 week is hardly a test I'd warrant.

I for one have had no battery problems in 16 months and 6500 miles. 2023 xl hybrid CP 360. I installed the 12 volt outlet in the bed and use a Jupiter 400/800 amp inverter. I charge a handicap mobility scooter and Ryobi tool batteries.

Agreed. My issues popped up almost exactly at 11 months. First with the stock battery, then the replacement Duralast Gold, granted not an AGM.

Though it's been over a month since I changed the Charge value to 95% in Forscan, and haven't had the deep sleep again, yet

I really don't think the battery was the issue. I have a feeling you will run into the same problem in a few weeks once this battery is drained. I hope im wrong. I think something is draining your battery or your truck is not charging it. I have a 22 and I'm still on the same stock battery.
