If I were you regardless of the OEM stereo that came in your truck XL XLT lariat yada yada who cares.
Replace all the speakers add a decent sub under the rear seat thank me later anything's an improvement over the factory stereo.
No I don't have the kicker hideaway I have a kicker 10-in shallow mount sub in a box under the passenger side of the rear seat and my Alpine amp is mounted where the OEM amp would mount on the rear wall.
These are currently 20 bucks on sale.

Alpine mono 500w amp , sounds really good. Installed it all myself, including components up front and 2-ways in the rear. Put the bass knob in the headlight switch panel.
I had them leave off the plastic screw on name plate.

The pair I just bought on amazon for 18.00 fit perfect and work great. I laughed when I recently had a emissions test done at the dealer to renew my tags. The service guy said we also did a so many point inspection and noticed the wiper blades weren't clearing good, I can replace them for...
Never used them had no need. I use the old standard trident true strips never failed me once and I probably installed 20 of them in multiple car tires over the years.
I got the mailer about 2 weeks ago and when I was at the dealer last week getting emissions test for my plate renewal they said it would probably be an over-the-air update I haven't checked or paid any attention if my truck updated.
