The seats in the lariat Maverick definitely aren't genuine leather. If you want real leather in a Maverick you'll have to look it some quality brands like katskinz.

  3. Why are spare tires disappearing from new cars?🤦‍♂️

Shrink-flation. Pay more, get less. Want a spare pay the extra option price. What used to be included with the vehicle has now become a extra cost option to the already over exaggerated price of the vehicle.

  6. Side marker/extra turn signal question

No offense but the Mabbet one look gaudy. Personally if you're handy I would DIY and use your OEM fender inserts or purchase some extra ones off eBay and modify them. The end result will look five times better than anything I've seen aftermarket. I painted the mabbit second versions and...

What Goodyear tires are those and how do you like them on drive Pavement as well as in the rain?
  8. question on bed drains with factory bed liner and tonneau cover?

No on the fender well liners to drop that down to gain access. That way you can see the drain plug itself. Versus taking apart your drop in bedliner and messing with it that way which would be more of a pain in the butt than anything.
  9. question on bed drains with factory bed liner and tonneau cover?

I have the same OEM drop in bedliner I removed the plastic push pins from the fender well liners and drilled through the grommet hole through the OEM bedliner. That is you're easiest route without having to remove the drop in bedliner side panels, and all the bolts holding it in place.

I wish I would have bought an extra one when I bought the first two for my Maverick and my dad's Lincoln Corsair. I was shocked how much they have won up since everybody started installing them. Thankfully I found a really nice used one on eBay with everything for 30 bucks shipped for my...
  12. Hate the black plastic honeycomb grill

  13. Who still LOVES thier Maverick after 10k miles?

Just flipped 30k miles on mine. No complaints other than I wish the passenger seat had power. Other than that it's been a nice little truck so far. Used it friday evening when my wife and I stopped by Hoods and picked up a few items for our hall bathroom remodel. Were were both surprised...
  14. Let’s talk Dash Cams

With the OBD2 port hardwire kit it just plugs in to the OBD2 port if you need to use it for service you simply unplug the dash cam harness and run diagnostics or whatever needs to be done then the dash cam could be plugged back into the port.
  15. Let’s talk Dash Cams

The wiring harness just tucks behind the dash and with the OBD-2 port as does a standard hardwire kit as long as you buy a proper one if the battery drops too low it kills power to the dash cam.
  16. Let’s talk Dash Cams

I've used a few different brands Nextbase, Cobra, and Thinkware. I really like the Cobra and Thinkware dashcams. As both brands offer OBD2 hardwire kit options which really simplify the hardwiring setups and how they function and making sure all their functions work properly, if you go that...
