FWIW I have only experienced battery saver modes when the vehicle has decided to do a deep draw on its own. Normally right after parking, lasting for several hours. No idea what it's doing and it happens randomly.
No amount of additional charging would have saved me from that deep draw.

Those temps are more in line with what I would expect. Maybe there is a blocking for @Mavster Mechanic or something.
Since the vast majority of OAT's are 100° and below you'd thing a separate radiator would make sense for the battery coolant.

I'm looking into this because I'm coming up on three years as well. My understanding is Ford wants 15-20 psi behind it to help force the fluid through the ABS module. It should/does work without that though.

The previous iteration of our HF45, the HF35, tended to have bearing failures around 100k if the fluid wasn't changed out every 50k-60k. So, it's good you did it.
I did my Prius at 40k and again at 140k. The stuff at 40k looked a lot worse than at 100k, although it was a previous rental in FL...

FWIW I parked around 930am, battery was ~12.65v right after parking, it slowly bled down to 12.51v when I got there at like 2am.

Vehicle entered battery saver mode and would not let me remote start. I have a Bluetooth voltage monitor on the 12v and it showed 12.5v. Car was previously driven about 25 mins on the highway and sat for about 15 hours at an airport lot.
Curious why it would enter BS mode at that voltage?
The filter is designed to protect your evaporator from debris which will eventually cause it to rust (and smell). If you don't keep your vehicles more than five years or so it won't make a ton of difference. You'll start to get smells after that and after ~10 or so units will start to corrode...
