Very clever use of the pipe insulation. Looks great!!I stole this from a FB page just to share here, so credit to Laura Hamilton.
“Got my divider cut and put in today. Pleased with how it turned out. Used recycled plastic lumber in black from Menards, and added the pipe foam to make sure It doesn’t scratch my bed liner and I don’t hear it when I’m driving. Ready to get groceries .”
"With my spray in liner it was about 54 1/4 inches in that slot. We started at 54 1/2 and made a slight trim."
At the price I probably will black stain a wooden board and use the pipe foam on that. I will cut the foam tighter so it looks cleaner as well.

I think the plastic lumber weighs more so may lose 2lb or so off MSLL (Manufacturer's Suggested Load Limit)I'm planning on the Plastic Lumber myself, figure do it once, do it right and then store them in my shed until needed. Have all the parts ready for each position I could need and they will last the life of the trunk or me.
Try This = buy 5 pool noodles and buy 1 10ft joint of electrical metal conduit in size that will fill up tunnel in pool noodle, cut two pieces of conduit about 2" shorter than length needed, cover with noodle about 2-3" longer than conduit with same extra length hanging over each end. Wrap both pieces together with your choice of colored duck tape. When placing in truck the foam if compressed tight should stay better than a loose 2x4. When someone asks where you got it tell them they are available on (your) website for $59.99+S&H!I
havent found them locally yet
I am buying wood and staining black. I like the foam idea to keep them from rattling and not scratching the bed when I wedge it in.Wow- they are not cheap. Never cut or
used this type of material. Assume
It cuts like wood and would likely be lifetime? Because half a 2x4 and paint is about $5 comparatively.
I agree that's a great idea. We'll thought out. CongratsI stole this from a FB page just to share here, so credit to Laura Hamilton.

Great idea. I was thinking of the same thing since you wouldn't want real wood in the truck bed out in the weather. Didn't think of the pipe wrap though. Nice.I stole this from a FB page just to share here, so credit to Laura Hamilton.
