I placed an order Saturday afternoon at a dealership and gave a $500 deposit. The manager could not get the order placed , saying the Ford web site had issues and was not accepting the order. Manager emailed me today, Sunday, stating the Ford web site still had issues and it was not accepting my order. Has anyone else encountered such issues?

if it is a XL and Atlas blue this is a known issue. Change the color and change it back to Blue in a few weeks.

I haven't seen anyone get a tremor order to go through yet.

What's the problem? If I change the color, the order will go through?
I ran into the same problem with my XL and changing it to silver worked.

It is not clear if they will fix this and allow you to change it back to Atlas Blue or leave the restriction in.

I know it crashed Thursday and didn't come up until around 10:00 PM per Tim Bartz. Mine went through Friday and I received the confirmation email. I have not heard anywhere that it has crashed again.

Got one order in today for the wife. Still no email, hope to get 2nd one in before cutoff for myself. Then sit back, pray, wait and pray some more. Maybe in 2024 we will see these.

My dealer said they couldn't enter any Atlas Blue orders for XL, XLT and Lariat, once they changed the color the orders went through. I thought this problem was only for XL, but it appears it could be affecting other trims as well.

They told me they would change it back to Atlas Blue once the software bug is confirmed as fixed in Ford's system.

Oh, I agree with the strategy and the debugging methodology. Just makes me wonder if the ordering tool is browser based if a simple reboot might have fixed it (IT background peaking through). Sometimes the settings of an older run can linger and the only fix is to just restart the thing to clear it out. In essence, the validation for the XL color was triggering for the other trims despite not needing to.

Hopefully your order is good. I think you can change the color almost up to the point it is in the booth.

Wow..... a 1 week order period. Glad I placed mine today...........
I contacted dealer and they said someone would contact me back. So far nothing. 1 week order window is a bit tight. Glad I got my 22 at least.

Where are people pulling the 50,000 MY22 rolling over to MY23 from? Their behinds :rolleyes:
I had the same thought. I can do that as well. My GUESS would be less than 25000. Many dealers came close to having all their 22's get a vin. I can't remember, but I think Tim said they have about 20 percent left if that. Yeah, 50,000 seem awfully high.
