Picked up the truck, nope no module replaced, they told me Ford is aware of a Ford Pass issue and not to res my phone until their software engineers can figure out what the issue is.Did they replace the bad module?
from my service order:
Perform diagnosis retrieve codes u3003 battery voltage, perform charging system check, tested ok. Test battery , battery test failed. Replace and install new battery, clear codes and program BMS, now found traction control light on ABS light on, retrieve codes on ABS u3012.68 control model improper wake u performance. Perform ABS software update and reprogram several modules as per computer clear codes and perform post road test.
drove it home with no issues. I would recommend hybrid owners remove their hybrid from the app. I had zero issues, just died out of the blue And according to dealer it was due to the app.
