Dead hybrid batteries

I have a 2022 maverick XL hybrid and the other day the car wouldn't start. I tow the car to the dealer and they told me they need to replace the cables for the hybrid sistem.
Does anyone else had the same problem ?

This is a well known issue for early Hybrids made in late 2021-early May 2022. A number of them have poor solder joints on the charging cable from the inverter to the 12v battery. If that connection fails the 12v battery will not charge, and the computer will not receive power, so you cannot start the vehicle.
