Probably would not have ordered a Mav if they told me a year wait time but I’m at the point of no return now. September orders are still not scheduled with my configuration so I don’t expect a 22 at this point. If you have lux and 360 we my need to make some tuff decisions and drop one or both. Don’t see 23 being any different except for interest rates continue to rise and a new influx of base XLs that will be built first.
I won't change my build. I'll wait. The only way I can envision any change if they offer adaptive cruise or a sync upgrade.

Only way we'll see it by Christmas is if Santa is driving one to deliver your presents!

I don't really understand why they're not scheduling as many MY22 Mavericks as possible before orders open for MY23 or they're just creating the same problem for people who submit new orders in August.

Scheduling is based around what expectations of material availability they have. If they don't have that information, they likely aren't going to schedule. While it certainly does happen it only complicates future scheduling to have to reschedule weeks worth of builds that already were anticipated.

They're already scheduled into the first part of July, and the plant shuts down for two weeks in mid-July anyway. On top of that, all indications are that they literally don't have the parts they need to fulfill all the MY22 orders they have.

Don't complain about no scheduling! The mansplainers will feel obligated to discount your frustration, minimize your need for information, and tell you Ford is doing just fine as they post pictures of their new trucks. Maybe we need a separate forum called Where's My Maverick Truck Club so they aren't bothered by our petty concerns.
I agree. I have 6 FORD vehicles on order and not one of them has a VIN yet. I am so confused how a company can mess up this badly?

Yeah this is getting a bit ridiculous. I think I've seen July build dates already though so these could be for August schedules. At this point Ford has to be looking at what constrained parts are available and figuring out how many are getting rolled over. Could be the reason for the long delay between scheduling dates.
My husband works for ford actually at the bronco plant he says any chips when avsil will be higher priority going in the BRONCO NOT MAVERICK

The Bronco or Bronco Sport? I know the BS share a lot of similarities with thr Maverick, but figured the Bronco wouldn't. Maybe a lot of the chips are interchangeable.
