Another Hybrid Rapid Red First Edition to add to the list. This is my second Maverick to be scheduled in the last 2 weeks. I got a build date for my other order (ordered on 09/06) last week. Both trucks are spec'd exactly the same but from 2 different dealers on opposite ends of the valley. It will be interesting to see which one I will be able to take delivery on first.
  • ⏰ Time email was received: 9:16 AM MT
  • 📅 Your scheduled build week: 4/25/22
  • 🛻 All relevant build info: Hybrid Rapid Red First Edition w/rubber floor mats
  • 📍 Your region, if comfortable: Salt Lake, UT
  • 🗓 Your original order date: 09/01/21
  • 🕺 Dealer: Ken Garff Ford American Fork

That's not fair. You have two September Hybrid order scheduled and some early June order are not.

Sorry to hear that you didn't get any mail today. I didn't either. Waiting in Maryland for the same build and ordered the same date as you. I did get a private cash offer from ford today after calling them.
I feel your pain, mine was ordered 8/20, crickets!

No disagreement here. I really wish that it was first come, first serve rather than lucking out by picking the right dealer. I would be fine waiting my turn in line knowing that there are several others that ordered well before I did.

Look at this memo Ford sent out to Dealers. Older orders are supposed to be given "priority" which they probably have all been set to a 2, however in the memo point #4. states "Dealer Allocation based on Approved Market Basket Formula"
So even if you have an older order and no constraints your order can still be "passed over" based on dealership allocations.
Since you're dealer has four being scheduled, this is what I would ask about them. 1. When were they ordered? 2. What are they XL, XLT, Lariat? 3. What type of packages (360, LUX) do they have, if any? 4. Do they have any other add-ons? If your dealer will tell you all of that then you can figure how they compare to your order and what constraints you have, if any. I would also ask where you order stacks against the rest of the pending orders and what your priority currently is, if you don't know already. This is the stuff I asked my salesman every scheduling week when they had vehicles scheduled and one wasn't mine!
Wow

Every time I see some use that name I think of the commercial where the guy going for the interview and sees the interviewers name plate (Dumass) and pronounces it as Dumb Ass! 🤣🤣
I just saw your signature. You got scheduled! How did I miss that? Congratulations! I'm so happy for you.

Correct, this week and next week scheduling is from February allocations. March allocations won't start until 3/17.
Tim,

I understand that THIS week's scheduling was for Feb allocations, but wouldn't any scheduling next week (week of 3/7) be for March allocations? I know that Chapman Horsham had all but 2 of their Feb allocations scheduled during the weeks of 2/7 & 2/14, and their last two were being scheduled today.

That was the thought but our Ford rep told us today that she won't have our March allocation numbers finalized until next Friday. Which means it would be after next week's scheduling. I asked her if next week would be considered February's allocations and she said yes.

Thanks! Power of the pen, well for today's time, the keyboard! I'm enthusiastic about finally making progress! I'm also encouraging everyone to write and voice their disappointment with the allocation system!

June 19 order, Hybrid XLT Lux, still nothing. Burns me up to see Aug, Sept, even Oct orders getting filled before us early folk's.
I missed the October order, was it a hybrid? (I'm an unscheduled June order holder)

For those with questions on allocations this article explains things really well. It's a long read but if you really want to get a more in depth understanding of how Ford's system runs, have a read.

Edit-this is an older post so I'm sure some changes have happened to the ordering system. I didn't write it so sorry if there are inaccuracies.

Winner winner chicken dinner! I got the build schedule for my 8/26 Lariat Lux, FX4, CP360, 4K 2.0T. I had about decided it would be a 23MY. 😊.
