For model year 2023 Long McArthur placed over 700 customer orders. There may be other dealer that ordered more, but not many.

I'm still not seeing a list of product that fall under the agreement and COBB will offer to buy back. Is it products before COBB recieved CARB certification? If so do they have a different name than their current product? Or is it just versions sold before a specifc date?

Yes, I read it, but they never say exactly which of their devices the agreement will effect.

The article does not clarify which COBB devices the EPA considers "Emissions Defeat Devices" but I could see the EPA interpreting it that any device that modifies the factory "tune" of the engine, is a defeat device.
