What a shame, Ford just can't do it right. Maybe time for some new management. PLEASE GIVE US SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. How about priority for those waiting a year and a half seeing 6 month orders being built before them, Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!I've been at a priority 10 for over 17 mo. Doesn't mean shit!
You will get it soon, it took 2 weeks from the time I was given the VIN and a scheduled date to show in the Ford tracking system.What does it mean if I have a VIN and can track it, but I don't have a scheduled date? I thought they went hand in hand

Your receipt date should have stayed the same.really starting to think I got screwed/screwed myself by switching from hybrid to eco, as it apparently set my order date to the switch date per Chapman rep... obviously no way of knowing but cant help the mind from wandering

My sales code and order code stayed the same, but from the email from Chapman they said "switch is done but fyi this changed your order date" so it raised a little concern
