I've been at a priority 10 for over 17 mo. Doesn't mean shit!

What a shame, Ford just can't do it right. Maybe time for some new management. PLEASE GIVE US SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. How about priority for those waiting a year and a half seeing 6 month orders being built before them, Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

I haven't received an email from Ford since last December 2022. However, I do have good news that my salesman initially gave to me last week.

• NADA, No emails from Ford for four months.
• 3/25/2023 and built 3/29/2023

• Your region, if comfortable : Central Virginia
• Oct 20, 2021 (and whether or not you had a VIN if you were a MY22 order) Yep I had a MY22 Vin.

Ordered 9/16. Got my first be patient "update order" email. Just weird that some people get them and some don't. Not that concerned as I know I'm "clean/unscheduled" still.

What does it mean if I have a VIN and can track it, but I don't have a scheduled date? I thought they went hand in hand

You will get it soon, it took 2 weeks from the time I was given the VIN and a scheduled date to show in the Ford tracking system.
On Thursday 03/16 I was talking to my salesman and he said still no changes, status order processing, had been in that status for 5 or 6 weeks. The next morning he called saying good news, VIN ------PRA44___, and the scheduled production for the last week of April. He said that they had 2 other Mavericks scheduled that morning, 2nd and 4rh week of May. I checked the Ford tracking site later that night and it showed the VIN and some of the details of the order, but NO PRODUCTION date or window sticker. I checked regular with no changes until Friday evening 03/31 when it was updated to show scheduled for production the week of 04/28 Friday?, window sticker says Not Yet Released. Maybe in production will be updated 2 weeks after it's been completed and shipped. At least the end is in sight for me, even if there are a couple of push backs in production.

Which Chapman did you order ? And were you an early order? Your receipt date should have stayed the same.

I don't know why it did that. I'm Chapman Philly I made 2 changes but mine says time and date of the preview as the date that I did it then it shows the receipt date as the original order. I added spray in and took off the hitch and now I wonder if I should have left the hitch because so far it hasn't helped me get scheduled. I wonder on yours was it because of the engine??

Received a call from my salesman from Pauli Ford in St Johns, Michigan. He said my Maverick is in production. I haven't received anything from Ford about it although I did get an email a while ago saying it would be built during the week of April 10th.
Maverick Lariat AWD with most of the options including 4k tow package.
I already have a hybrid and I'm pretty happy with it but was concerned about the towing capacity. Found a camper that is under the 2K limit so I may just end up keeping it.
Salesman told me to wait until it shows up to make a decision as to whether or not to get the newer Maverick.
