I found out using the Ford chat
Last time I asked Ford chat they told me they didn't have that info, couldn't see priority codes in their system. I haven't found the chat bots terribly helpful.

Just got off the phone with the dealership, apparently they set every order to priority code 19 so that everyone gets picked at random 😑

Chat informed me I am now at Priority 12. Still not sure if that is good, or just more BS.

that's what mine did as well for all new 2023 orders. Not sure about rollovers, as I did not have one...

When I removed the hitch from my order, the priority code was 10. That was about 2 weeks ago
I removed my hitch from my standard XLT Hybrid order a couple weeks ago, or the sales Mgr. Said he did. Got a email last week. Same thing. We are up against supply issues, etc. I have no vin, build date, nothing. I ordered last Sept. 15-16. What's the hold up ?

A couple things but it mainly stems from the fact that you ordered a Hybrid. Ford took ~50% more Hybrid orders than they should have for MY23. So even without constrained parts on your build, the hybrid model has more orders than they can likely fulfill this year.

I happen to send an email to my dealer asking what the latest update was. On 3/16 I got the oh so sorry letter at 7:52 AM. Then at 10:30 I got the you are scheduled email for a build date the week of May 1. My car was stolen last April 9 and the thought of getting my truck soon is pretty cool. Cactus gray Eco boost, 4K tow package, Black Appearance package, Lariat Luxury Package, spray in bedliner with storage system.(special $500 Ford offer.) copilot 360+ assist. I have a Vin number. I ordered on September 16 received my confirmation at 12:30 PM that same day changed my order from a hybrid to an eco-boost from an XLT to a lariat on January 11. Looks like Ford honored their promise that we wouldn’t lose our place in line with an engine and trim change… I’m grateful. My dealer has been on the up and up from the very beginning which I appreciate. Now that I have a vin number, I can check everything myself on the Ford mobile pass. Hoping this vehicle sees me through to my end… Thanks Ford.

Well, I didn't hear anything again after 16 months of waiting. I haven't heard anything at all from Ford since the first week of October 2022 when they told me they weren't going to build my '22 Mav and were converting it to a '23 order. My dealer hasn't been able to find anything out either. Since we have right now only one car, and it started to have issues, I couldn't wait any longer. I cancelled my order and went with a 2023 Colorado Z71. Should be getting it in a couple of weeks. I wouldn't even look at the Ranger owing to my experience with ordering the Maverick. I'm sad to go, but excited about my new truck that really is coming!
