Hello MTC,
The kind folks at Wolfbox sent me a G900 camera to install in my 2022 Maverick and post a video of the installation, which would allow me to keep the camera. So I made a video of how I installed the front and rear cameras, the rear view mirror and hard wired the power for the camera...
Well no matter how good A.I. it will still need us lowly humans for a while longer because it still needs someone to be able to "turn a wrench" and once they no longer need us for the that hopefully they'll keep us around for our entertainment value! 🤖:ROFLMAO:
I seem to remember that there was talk of whether or not Ford could obtain enough larger screens for use because of chip/screen manufacturing because of post pandemic manufacturing.
How much do they give you for your old system? I've been looking at doing this upgrade for a while now, but the price is really is what's holding me back.
Here's Shadow Unicorn 🦄 Why that name because waaaaay back in 2021 when I ordered her the odds were better that I'd see a Unicorn's shadow before Ford ever made my truck!! As a first gen Maverick I'm still loving everything her, especially since I lowered her a bit for a bit more of a "look".
Oh that's true, I didn't consider that fact...oops! Still sucks, I hope she gets help because this time it was a fender bender and minor injuries, next time it could be fatal!
I thought that the police could have still drawn blood and with determine the current alcohol level and work back to the time of the accident and figure out BAC. I wish could remember who told me that.
Glad you and the wife didn't seriously hurt, just sucks how more and more people seem to...
Wow those are some serious lights!! I love how during the test an animal ran across the road, just proving why a bit more light never hurts! Of course not blinding on coming traffic is important to!
Damn that's so cool! I hope at some point you can do something for early model (2022) peps! The Shadow Unicorn could use some wicked looking "eyes" like that!
