I like that one, looks like a great value and they have it in blue to match my truck!

Please don't leave it in your receiver though! It's akin to the Bronco owners that leave their shackles in all the time but never go off road....

That looks like someone is over compensating for something.
Hey, when Peter Pan has it in for you, no hook is too big!

P.S. it's a scientifically proven fact that 99.6% of people will never use a 1 7/8" ball.

P.P.S. I think it was an error in judgement that a 1 7/8" ball exists in the first place.

Kind of like the distance between the pitcher's mound and home plate being 60' 6".

P.P.P.S.

Do ya know why we have hex nuts and bolts in 32nd" and 64th" increments?

Way back the military specified strength for fasteners based on mathematical formulas vs. specifying bolt sizes based on logical increments.

No one thought going "one size up" would be accepted by the government-military. No one considered the specs as minimums even though a 1/4" bolt would be just fine in place of a 7/32" one!

Manufacturers made weird sizes just for military spec that still we are stuck with today.

Seems to me that every light to medium duty trailer I've ever used had a 1 7/8" connection. My motorcycle trailer, the boat, the landscape/utility trailer, even the Uhaul enclosed trailer I rented to help my daughter move...

I'm not sure the "scientifically proven fact" would hold up to a peer review 🤔
