Obviously, they didn't test the Mav's AWD well enough that a YouTuber had to identify and shame them into fixing the problem. That being said, my Mav is the tightest vehicle I've ever had (all Fords since 1996). Every door seam perfectly spaced and nary a squeak or a rattle.

Do you have a light come on under the tailgate handle when you unlock? If not, the harness that goes into the tailgate is probably not plugged in.
