Yes the built in Nav. I get Sirius on Carplay. I have not tried to sign into it from the Ford system.

I lost OTA updates. I don’t used ford gps so it doesn’t matter to me. It may be possible to get the dealer to update. I will ask next time I’m in.

Just one minor issue on power up. Had to call. When it was plugged into power it would not initialize. I called and they had me plug and unplug 3 times in a row and it fired right up.

This is by far the best mod I have done and maybe in the top 3 of all time. Worth any penny.
