Wont drive stright

Hi All Ive got a 2026 lariat Hibrid 3k miles when I took possession the truck would not trac stright no center either pulls right or left when lane centering engauged goes over lane markers and wips back like ping pong .Took it to Ford they were sciptical took a Tech on a test drive and it did what I said they have aligned truck and had to move the sub frame to do it ,They have replaced both frt axles still doing same thing does any one have experience with similar problem and what cured it ?

This doesn't make any sense here—there is no adjustment in a subframe. The engine cradle, struts, drive train etc. bolt in .... But nothing in the subframe is adjustable for a alignment......

The lane correction is shi* on these vehicles and will definitely overshoot at times. It's a torque-vectoring type of correction, not super smooth steering-wheel motor type found in other cars (VW/Tesla/etc).
It's not called CoPilot360 1.0 for nothing.

see if one of the brakes are dragging - if one caliper didn't fully release it's going to wander 'that way'

eventually if they can't fix it and you've had enough...just disable the ACC and move on - it's not worth the hassle, and you don't NEED it anyways. Yeah you'll miss cruise control .....

I had the problem but it went away when I stopped putting Tequila in the radiator. (sorry for lame joke, couldn't help myself)

I bought my truck new last year and it would wander, not tracking straight as if it was toed out. I checked the air pressure and found all 4 tires at 44psi. I dropped it to 35 all around and it not only started driving straight, but it rode much better. This has been a somewhat common occurrence with dealers leaving the air pressure at the transport setting. I would hope they checked that, but I would ask and then wait for them to have suddenly cured the issue.

Can you take a picture of the work order and post it.

If you really heard the service guy say sub-frame - I'm guessing he used the wrong term since there isn't one. Maybe he translated and used what he thought you'd understand, or he doesn't understand.
But the tech likely would have gotten correct words on the work order, besides what they noticed.

You should also ask for the before/after sheet from the alignment.
It exists. Nice to be included automatically, but should still be available.

And to replace both front axles under warranty for alignment issue!
Rather gutsy since they may have to send those in to Ford to justify a warranty on such a low mileage truck.
Unless they really talked to Ford advanced support and were told to do that.
The work order would spell out that communication too.

How many miles did it take, from when you 'took possession' and drove it off of the dealership lot, before you realize there was a problem?
Did you test drive it first?

I've experienced more half-wits and loafers, than geniuses behind alignment machines over the years. Many tech's don't check for bent parts like control arms, struts..., defective parts like mounts and bushings, brake drag (anti-drag clips, defective caliper...), left or right favoring cross-camber, tire issues, steering rack binding.... I agree there is likely no intentional adjustment in lower strut bolts, upper strut mounts or the subframe, but tolerances in manufacturing and bolt holes provide for some adjustment, and the occasional conspiracy for all the fastener holes to be to one side of their tolerances and cause issues..

I'll venture Ford knows there can be tolerance stacking, and calls for an alignment check whenever control arms, struts or subframes are loosened/removed/replaced.
