It sounds like you have found a dealership that understands what customer service is and how important it is to keep its customers happy, which in turns encourages repeat business. Even though you didn't buy this vehicle there, they are hoping you come to them when it's time to get a new car or truck, plus you are giving good word of mouth advertising.Everytime I'm at the dealer they ask me if anything needs repaired (all of my vehicles are new and under warranty). I don't know anyone at the dealership and I did not purchase any of my vehicles from this dealership. This just happens to be the closest dealer to my house and that makes oil changes and miscellaneous visits more convenient. This is my explanation for the warranty work making the dealerbig money!
