That's the scam. The wheels were turned slightly in the first measurement. They straightened the wheels for the second measurement. Look at the total toe numbers.

Yes, it's black from far away when you can't see the reflectivity. The outline is non-reflective black. I believe the term for the reflective is "retro-reflective" or something like that. It's little beads within the paint which reflect the light back at a source. I think it's the same stuff...

Do you have a pic of silver decals in daylight, because I've never seen one. My 25 is black decals which are reflective and can look silver at night in certain lighting conditions. In total darkness my home security cameras shows them as silver under UV illumination.

Your alignment looks like a typical no touch alignment. Roll it on the rack, get a reading, bounce the vehicle, get another reading, rear alignment in spec, now turn the steering wheel off center, recenter it, get another reading, cool, now the front is in spec and you never get your hands dirty.

TPMS sensor batteries seem to die in the 5 year range. If you're replacing tires at 4+ years it makes sense to get them replaced at that time. When one dies, the others typically die within the year.
