I like things simple. Basic hard tri-fold does everything I need.
For those who live in areas that get ice/snow, a roll up has a lot more crevices for ice jams.
Would depend on how much the loan origination and other fees total. When the loan is paid off, some states require a fee to issue a clean title. After adding up all the fees, if the interest earned after taxes is more than the fees, then maybe finance. Also depends in the marginal incremental...
Congrats on payment free and partly retired. Grew up a farm. Dad and grandpa would say if it's financed you're working for the bank's pocket. None of the vehicles, tractors, equipment was financed. If we couldn't pay cash, keep running the old stuff.

Semi-fixed system. Unit on wheels that fits under the work bench with an air line running to the garage. Can disconnect everything and load in the Maverick for off site work. Big enough to handle large impact wrench.
I've started the habit of turning off the radio before turning off the truck. Then it seems to remember where it was. Otherwise its random draw whether it comes up with a radio station, usb or something else.

Make spreadsheets. First determine the price you should be paying for the Maverick after discounts taxes etc. Sometimes discounts get "forgotten" in the paperwork shuffle. Sales tax rate is tricky with the variability by county and city but you should be able to get close.
Make another with...
Factors to take into consideration:
Q1-Q2 2025 sales were inflated due to the stop sales order at the end of 2024.
Introduction of Hybrid AWD in 2025 also spiked demand.
This is what I used. If they don't fit then it's likely the issue EFFNO50 said.
