All four windows on my Lariat are one touch, love that I do.

My pet peeve is having to hit the ok button every time I put on seat belts.
The seat belt reminder turns itself off after 60 Seconds. I never touch the okay button.

My pet peeve with my Maverick;
I have owned mine since the end of December. It gets great mileage but its so much fun to drive that I find myself jumping in it without needing to go anyplace so I’m using gas and racking up miles just to drive it.
Its as if Ford installed a Fun Factor setting in the menu somewhere and I don’t know how to shut it off. I admit my addiction to this truck and I'm considering a 12 step program for help.
Curse you Ford. Curse you.

I have had my 2024 close to a year now. It is an XLT with luxury and black package. I really like and enjoy the truck. But as with most vehicles there always seems to be one item that bugs the heck out of you.
My one item: I can't believe Ford didn't put power windows with one-touch up. Ughh! Every time I go to a drive-through I curse that I have to hold the button while driving off. My 2013 CRV had one touch up and down. That is my one gripe.

What is your one pet peeve about the truck that you would change if possible? Just mention one please. :)
No homelink to open garage door.

🤔 You having the EcoBoost, the fun factor is 🤏 greater.
I rented a Maverick EcoBoost before I bought my hybrid. I know what you're talking about, the sport mode button is addicting. 👍
If I could justify it, I would buy a Tremor just for fun.

I would like to have a power rear window. I've only had it open once in the 14 months I"ve had my Maverick.

The center armrest doesn't stick out far enough, and the rear visibility when backing up a trailer is horrible.

I think that my biggest pet peeve is that the things I feel are "missing" (homelink, auto dimming mirror etc) are in the Ford parts bin and available on other vehicles in the current maverick family (escape, bronco sport). I optioned out my Maverick with pretty much every option because I am an older man now and I like to at least have the option of adding the creature comforts (and if you don't find value in these, I like that they have the stripped down entry trims available as well, but give the consumer the option). If they were an option, I would have checked the box for them most likely. Also, one would think that Ford marketing would have read some of the comments in a forum like this and taken the opportunity of a 2025 facelift/revamp to maybe add a couple of these missing pieces. Like seriously, how much would it cost them to add homelink buttons on the visor? Other than that, I have had my 2024 Lariat for a couple months now and have put 3,700 kms on it and love the truck. I will end up adding most of these missing elements in time myself but would have rather have had the option to add them new.

My 1 thing is really not bad at all. I hate to hear bad things about a vehicle I own and most here are actually issues that can be solved with aftermarket solutions. True it would be nice to have some of these options directly from the factory but ain't it that way with any vehicle? My 1 thing isn't hearing the comments but rather the windshield wipers. I would like to raise them during a heavy snowfall so they will not get frozen down. The hood prevents that. Do I think the way they are now looks nice and do they operate perfectly? - YES.

I've had my Tremor for 2 years and like it even more now than when I got it and have had zero problems. My pet peeve is really major-WTF does the little green seat belt reminder pop up every time I get in it and remind me to fasten my seat belts when I already have!!! Its become automatic now that I hit the OK without even looking!

Yeah, Sport mode makes the truck rather punchy. My wife hates it when I turn it on before turning onto the interstate.

When I had my Model 3 with the accleration pack I would slow down or wait for the vehicles in front of me to get up to speed and then foot to floor...

My wife would start to get quiet as we approached the on ramp and I'd see her hands start to grip the door and the bottom seat cushion.

Never failed to elicit a smile from my face but I could feel her burning a hole in me with her stares.
