I loved Turtle Wax Ice wash n wax. Great stuff! Washed both the RV and F-250 truck. Works for me. But they discontinued the product.

So now I use another wash n wax brand. Compared to the F-250, find washing the Maverick a joy. I use a soft mitt on the end of extension pole to easily reach top, bottom sides, wheels, to not stretch, stress my aged back.

HOLY MOLY…I was the first reply on this thread and I am just now realizing I missed the point of the question and it was looking for a soap and not the actual wash process. My bad @Deweyordeweynot, I blame the mid-holiday malaise. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I rarely driveway wash as I’ve never really had the set up to do so but maybe one day. I am on the hunt for a good glass cleaner though as I suspect that the wiper streaks I’m dealing with are due to a stubborn film or something stuck on the glass.
In fairness, the title says "What's your favorite car wash?" not "What's your favorite car wash detergent?" I think we interpreted acceptably...if not accurately. 🤣

We're finally getting Sheetz in the metro Detroit area: one has already opened and others to follow in 2025.
I LOVE me some Sheetz, though I've heard more than one person (including myself) ask if you get worse gas mileage with Sheetz gas. It's usually cheaper, but I don't seem to get as good mileage as other places like 76 or BP. Everything else about Sheetz is stellar imo.

I use Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine. As I dry the truck, I spray it with Turtle Wax Spray Wax.

We have a BJ's Club membership and nobody around us undersells them in gasoline...even Costco comes in consistently higher by a nickel per gallon or more.

Favorite... Buc-ee's. Mostly for the burritos. But the nearest one of those is about 600 miles away.

Favorite I do is my own but there's a local touchless here with a good undercarriage spray (Minnesota salt) that I hit all winter.

Have you ever calculated the mileage with Costco gas verses other (presumably higher quality) gas?

If you're saving 10 cents/gallon and get 14 gallons at $2.90 instead of $3.00, you'll save $1.40 or 3.3%. I've been averaging 42 mpg since I got my truck, so as long as the mileage doesn't drop below 40.6 mpg, it's worth the trade...probably. You also have to worry about any long term effects on the engine of gas that may not be as clean. But I have definitely been in the position of "I don't care what this does to my engine long term, I NEED the cheapest gas!" before.

Costco gas is a top tier gas. You will not find any better gas than Costco. For my location, it seems that non-top tier gas stations out number the top tier stations...

Wherever you buy your gas, make sure it contains TopTier additives, per the truck owner's manual.
If pumps are labeled TopTier, the additives are in all grades.

I don't think that's true of Sam's Club gas. I'm surprised Costco is top tier and so cheep. That's a win win.

I like a good rain! When that doesn’t happen a touch-less is pretty good at peeling off Tremor logos.

I have always used Invisible Glass. Use their standard formula for the interior which is safe on tinting and the one with ceramic for exterior glass as it doesn’t seem to have that RainX fog with wipers. It helps hide streaks from my poor microfiber cloth handling that I could never quite get rid of with standard stuff like Windex. I do prefer the trigger bottles instead of the cans.
