It appears to be built into the terminal assembly that the DC-DC cable and battery harness attached to and which bolts down onto the side of the junction box main bus. Part LX6Z14526C ~$68 list price.

It's not on the high voltage side. Low voltage, but since the DC-DC converter is essentially the stand-in for the alternator it needs high current capacity.
Interesting: The output on the DC-DC converter fused at 300A and the battery is fused with a 200A fuse.

Well, my truck has been at the dealer 3 days. dead battery every morning for a week.
They say it has a bad draw. They also say the battery is good. I don't know how when my charger won't charge it and it's been drawn down to 5 volts every day.
Anyhoo, I gave them the document in this thread, I have no idea if the fuse is being checked, maybe I'll find out today if they found anything.....
Man this sucks.
I see your profile says you have a '23, and the TSB came out about a year ago for MY22, but there is a battery cable issue also. One would think that by now any battery cable issues are sorted, but I'd think the same about the 300A fuse.. so, it could be either of those or a different issue.

I think the battery cable causes a no electrical even when the battery is up, or when jumped at the battery. I can jump mine at the battery or under the hood and it will fire up every time. Then I can drive it all day and then the next morning, dead as can be.

edit: forgot these error messages I got
high voltage battery warning - detected a fault in the high voltage electrical circuit.
and
powertrain malfunction, reduced power - powertrain control system has detected that the system power supply voltage is lower than desired.
Also, after the truck is parked for over an hour or so, if I go into the garage it will start clicking relays and making other strange noises EVEN with NO KEY near it. Very weird.
The clicking sounds are normal. The power problem sounds similar to mine when the DC/DC converter went out on me. It stopped charging the battery and it died. They changed it and all's well ever since. The converter went out on me at 780 miles. I now have over 6000 miles and working perfectly.

interesting. Mine seams to charge good because it will charge the battery up at least enough for it to start the rest of the day, but over night no joy.
Could be though.....

I thought you said it wasn't charging. In that case, did you have any work done on it requiring the battery to be disconnected? Maybe the battery management system needs a good reset.

it drains overnight.
It very well could need a reset, the battery has died 5 times over night over the last week or so.
It was at Ford for a check too, they take it out to check it so ya, I doubt they reset it.
I don't really know if a reset is a "thing", I did read it here not from a Ford service manual. ??

What does the dealer / service dept. say about this?

Mine says they are not going to replace the 12v because the truck still starts. The battery is 12.1 about 5 minutes after a long (1 hour) drive and 11.9v after sitting a weekend. But it sure starts, yes it does, because the HV battery does the starting.

Is there another link to this TSB, this one takes me to an error page?

My truck is charging the battery at 14 plus volts when it's on, as soon as I turn the truck off it drops to 12.2 volts. Then goes to deep sleep within 10 minutes. It used to only do it every few months, but now it's daily after 18,000 mi.

I think Ford has a "Don't ask / don't look / don't tell" policy.

Don't ask how healthy your battery is.
Don't look at the system voltage yourself.
Don't tell us what's "abnormal" about your vehicle. We'll tell you IF we see something.

Sounds like they are too cheap to give you a battery too.
They say the battery is good which I know is wrong. They told me it's a tough repair, it has a draw.....
Hopefully I'll get an update today. I have to call them, the service writer never calls me. I left him a message about an hour ago. It's frustrating for sure. I hate dealerships.
At least I got a loaner car so that's good.
And yes, 12.1 is not that good after a charge/drive.

Get with Ford customer service and bug them about this. Tell them you want to have a case worker to organize Ford engineering with your dealership to brainstorm the problem. Mine was doing the exact same thing after my converter was replaced and after a couple of sessions with the engineers and I think a software upgrade they fixed my problem and it is not doing it anymore. Good luck.

Thanks for tagging me on your current (no pun intended) concern with the draw on your trucks electrical system. If you have FordPass turned on and you feel comfortable sending me your VIN in a private message, I will take a look at any codes that may have set in your vehicles modules and see if there is anything that I can suggest they take a look at or anything I have run I to before.

update. I got my truck back after 3 days. They said it was an alarm that was installed by a different dealer. They wanted to charge me but they called the dealer and they said they will pay the bill. I was shocked.
I will know tomorrow morning if it is fixed.
Never did get a battery :(

Tale as old as time. There is nothing worse than dealer installed aftermarket junk on a brand new car. Just profit center garbage. I'd rather just hand them the extra money they would have made on that flotsam and tell them to keep their wire cutters and crimp tools away from my vehicle.

I will never, ever take delivery of a brand new car that had any electrical gizmos added by the dealer. It is simply not happening.

Now whenever you have any electrical issue at all, the first thing you have to suspect is this alarm.
