I have to keep it a least 6 months as it was purchased on the A-plan. After that dunno, only had it a week. Seems ok.

How long do you plan to keep your Ford Maverick Truck?
I have my 4th Maverick on order now while I still have my 23 XLT Hybrid. When I have 2 Mavericks, I always sell one for a very lucrative profit and keep the other. Although.I could sell both, I wouldn't as I would then be Maverick-less.
Although there may be better options other than the Maverick, there is not a better value.

I intend to sell or trade my current Maverick for a Maverick ST if they ever make such a thing. Maybe next model year, which is the same thing I said a year ago.

If they don't make a ST, I'll probably drive this truck a long time. My dealership, Don Hattan Ford, offers lifetime powertrain warranty on new vehicles purchased. The longest I've had a vehicle to this point is 7 years and 107k miles, but that was a decade ago and now I drive 25k miles a year for work.

My son is driving my wife's old vehicle now and it's a 2008 with 65k miles. She's actually driving less than 4k per year now and I could see her driving her Bronco for 20 years.

I usually keep vehicles a long time. My last truck was an F-150 which I drove for 22 years. I imagine this will be my last new vehicle. Once it arrives, I plan to keep it until I am no longer able to drive, or it gets rear-ended/totaled. 😬
Exactly same as Ozarkbeard

I am aiming to get my "moneys worth" out of it. Currently own a 09 Escape I bought in 2011 and put well over 200k on it...but its really starting to show its age these past 6-8months. Luckily I am getting my 23 built at the end of the month.

But *crosses fingers* assuming I do not get any accidents or ends up being a lemon or tons of issues/fixes... I plan on keeping it for as long as I can. Unless life throws a curveball and I need a bigger vehicle, I am hoping to get a solid 7-10 years at least (or another 200k). I am not a "buy a new car every couple years" person.

Time will tell. The Gen3 Ranger that it replaced was bought new in 2011

My Ram 1500 lasted me 24 years. Not sure if the Mav will last that long. The road salt in NY destroys vehicles and there seems to be many places in the undercarriage for it to accumulate. I plan to get it ceramic coated and under coated before winter. That should buy me a few more years, hopefully. I'd like this to be my last vehicle, but we'll see.
My mechanic told me to get rid of my 2002 Honda Civic for the very road salt issues you mentioned. Had 300K miles and still going strong, but every time the mechanic touched anything, it would break off from rust issues. Finally traded it in and got my daughter a new car and took hers.

Probably a long time. It would be fun to order a new one when the first order arrives. That way I would get a new one ever 12-18 months 😁

Same here, A-Plan. Had it for a couple of months seems OK - too big, I don't need a truck.

I’ll have my eco-boost until my hybrid comes In, hopefully in the next 6 months. I ordered two hybrids last year but changed one to an eco-boost when the prospects looked dim of getting one. I needed a new vehicle that‘s why I changed the order.
