Since this is a unibody vehicle, how do you resolve the space between the cab and the boxes? Is there a gap between them or are they all connected together?
This worked good for a while till the cheap plastic hinge broke and the cover fell off. I have a quick disconnect under the hood now. Opening the hood once a week is not that big of a chore…..

This is fascinating information. I followed the online advice and reset my BMS but am probably doing it improperly, at lower voltage levels. No wonder the truck never charges the battery fully. It is confused about
this makes sense. I think I have been making issues worse by resetting my BMS...
The same reason we used to put mag wheels on a vehicle. They had perfectly good steel wheels. It’s a youth thing. I also had a Triumph I put extended front forks on. Probably silliest thing to be done, but it’s what everybody was doing. Oh to be young again!
